- Veggies: green onions, onions, tomato, garlic, asparagus, spinach, kale, bell peppers, mushrooms
- Protein: ham, bacon (pork or turkey), turkey/chicken sausage, shrimp, salmon
- Sides: avocado, sweet potatoes (Sweet Potatoes & Eggs), crab cakes, fresh fruit, muffins (See Recipe Book.)
- Condiments: goat cheese, honey goat cheese, almond milk (for scrambling), ketchup, hot sauce, nutritional yeast (for a cheesy flavor), salsa, sea salt, pepper
