Eggs-elent

Good morning! Ya, ya. I know the title of this post is cheesy. Give me a break.

Eggs will quickly become your go-to breakfast, but the great thing about them is they can be anything you want. Consider your daily two eggs a blank canvas. And, get creative! You can fry them, scramble them, just eat the whites, bake them, poach them, boil them - the list goes on and on. To get your mind going, here are some things you can add to or eat with your eggs...
  • Veggies: green onions, onions, tomato, garlic, asparagus, spinach, kale, bell peppers, mushrooms
  • Protein: ham, bacon (pork or turkey), turkey/chicken sausage, shrimp, salmon
  • Sides: avocado, sweet potatoes (Sweet Potatoes & Eggs), crab cakes, fresh fruit, muffins (See Recipe Book.)
  • Condiments: goat cheese, honey goat cheese, almond milk (for scrambling), ketchup, hot sauce, nutritional yeast (for a cheesy flavor), salsa, sea salt, pepper

Although this is so lame that I probably shouldn't share, I was so excited the one time we bought a tray of 30 eggs... but we actually finished it within a week and a half. Eggs become a STAPLE of your diet when you're paleo. What is your favorite way to eat eggs in the morning?
Turkey Bacon, Onion & Spinach Egg White Omelet
This was the first omelet I ever successfully made. I was so excited! I sauteed the onions and bacon together and then added the spinach and let it wilt. Then I added the egg whites and flipped it into an omelet. It was wonderful!
