This was our lunch choice the first day. First, I usually don't like Subway too much - I think Jersey Mike's is so much better, and you can never go wrong with a Publix sub. But this was the healthiest option where we were, so I went with it. My order: Turkey & Ham Salad with lettuce, spinach, banana peppers, cucumber, tomatoes, pickle, oil & vinegar; I also bought an orange from Winn-Dixie next door to eat with the salad. It was actually a great, paleo-friendly lunch. Any sub at Subway can be made a salad, and you can get any vegetables. Btw, they use olive oil. Woo hoo! Tip #15: Grocery stores will have fresh food when there aren't healthy restaurants around.
